The map

You are more than one number.

Most health apps hand you a score and call it a day. MeNome draws the whole picture: six nodes, each one a part of your life, all connected, all moving together.

Me

The center

You, at the middle of your own map. One glance and you know how the whole system is doing today.

BellyScore

Your gut, 0 to 100

The node that started it all. Bloating, pain, and queasiness live inside it, read the way gastroenterologists frame symptoms.

Energy

Your charge

How much you have in the tank, from the scan's heart reading, your sleep, and how you say you feel.

Mood

Your weather

Your emotional weather, noticed gently from what you log and even the sound of your voice. Never graded.

Nutrition

What your meals gave you

Not calorie policing. MeNome watches what your food is actually giving you across the week, and what it is not.

Rhythms

Sleep, cycles, seasons

Sleep, mornings, and monthly cycles. The rhythms that quietly move everything else, woven into the map so your patterns finally make sense.

Not a tracker. A mirror. The map shows you what is already true, and never scolds you for it.

0 Steady
The gut node

Meet your BellyScore.

You already have a number for your sleep, your steps, your heart. Your gut never got one. MeNome fixes that.

Your check-ins become a 0 to 100 score anchored to your own baseline: 50 is your typical week. Higher means the week is running better than usual. Lower means it is running harder. Built with pattern-finding methods from real clinical research, so you can watch what moves it: meals, sleep, stress, the things you change.

Steadyabove 50Your system is holding its line
Sensitivenear 50Close to your typical, worth watching
Strainedbelow 50The pattern is asking for attention
Flaredwell belowA harder stretch. MeNome stays with you and shows what is shifting

Your tier sharpens after about two weeks of check-ins. You are on the way, not behind.

The nightly ritual

Two minutes at night. That's the whole job.

No food diaries with forty fields. No homework. A short wind-down before bed, and the app does the rest while you sleep.

01
Breathe through a 30-second scan
Hold your phone and breathe. The camera and microphone take a quiet read of your nervous system. Nothing to wear, nothing to buy.
02
Answer five quiet questions
Energy, mood, belly, sleepiness, digestion. Five gentle sliders, done before your tea cools.
03
Sleep
That's it. That's the step.

While you sleep, MeNome weaves the night's answers into your map. You wake up, and it is already redrawn. Early on you watch it form, percent by percent. Every check-in teaches it something new.

The morning after

You wake up, and your map already knows.

Coffee in hand, one glance. Which nodes brightened overnight, which one wants attention, and what yesterday actually did to you.

The loop

Check in. Watch it redraw. See yourself clearly.

About two weeks of nights and your first full map is ready. From there, it only gets sharper.

Step 01

What's inside

What MeNome does for you.

MeNome notices

It reads your check-ins and tells you what it sees, in plain words. Specific, not preachy. No pep talks, no lectures.

Try one change

Earlier dinner. A daily walk. Run it like a quiet experiment and watch which nodes on your map respond.

Something to show your doctor

Your trend and what is moving it, on one screen. Walk into the appointment with more than memory.

Works with Apple Health

Sleep, steps, and heart data flow in on their own, so your map gets richer without extra typing.

Private by default

Your check-ins belong to you. Never sold, never traded, shared only when you choose to share them.

Weekly snapshots

Every week, a short readout of where you stand: what improved, what shifted, and what to watch next. Weeks, not streaks.

Rick Pescatore, D.O., founder of BellyMD
Why this exists

“My patients kept asking the same question: what is actually causing this? The answer was sitting in their patterns. Nobody was looking. So I built a way to see it.”

Rick Pescatore, D.O. Emergency physician. Co-founder, BellyMD.
Symptom framework aligned with the international Rome criteria, the same standard gastroenterologists use.
Built on pattern-finding methods from real clinical research, not a streak counter with fresh paint.
From the team behind the MGB+ supplement line and the BellyMD gut-brain platform.
The bench

Two founders, and a team of specialists.

Rick co-founded BellyMD with his wife, Kady. MeNome is shaped by both of them, and by an independent clinical advisory team: physicians, a gastroenterologist, and experts in the daily reality of living with chronic gut symptoms.

Questions

The short answers.

Is MeNome free?+
Yes. Free to download and free to use. Join now and you keep free access to the core of MeNome for life. We may add paid extras down the road, but what you have today stays yours, and the people who joined early are the first we take care of.
Is it just a gut tracker?+
No. Your gut is one node on a bigger map. MeNome watches your energy, mood, meals, and rhythms too, because none of them moves alone. That is the whole point of the map.
Is it iPhone only?+
iPhone first. Android is on the way.
Is this medical advice?+
No. MeNome is a wellness tool. It helps you see your own patterns and have sharper conversations with your doctor. It does not diagnose or treat anything, and it never replaces medical care.
What happens to my data?+
It stays yours. Check-ins are private by default, never sold, and shared only when you choose to export or share them.
Do I need the MGB+ supplements to use it?+
No. MeNome stands completely on its own. It pairs nicely with anything you're already doing, because its whole job is showing you what's working.
