Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use this site, including people who rely on a screen reader, keyboard navigation, voice control, magnification, or reduced motion.

The standard we work to

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1 at Level AA. That is the standard most organizations use to judge whether a website works with assistive technology.

Where we are

We audited this site in October 2026 and fixed what we found, including keyboard access to the cart and quiz, text contrast, captions and transcripts for our videos, descriptions for images, and accessible versions of our PDF guides. We test the site with automated tools and keyboard-only checks, and we are arranging testing with screen-reader users. Some pages still have known issues, mostly small ones on older landing pages, and we are working through them.

What is provided by someone else

Checkout, customer accounts, and subscription management are run by Shopify and Recharge. We choose these providers partly for their accessibility work, and we pass on any problem you report to them.

If something is not working for you

Email support@belly-md.com with "Accessibility" in the subject line. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within two business days. If a barrier is stopping you from ordering, we can take your order and answer product questions by email.

Technical notes

This site relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA, and is built to work with current versions of Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and Edge, with VoiceOver on Apple devices and NVDA on Windows.
