The three-bottle cap only matters if you stocked up. Every standard way to buy is three bottles or fewer, so every one of them is covered in full.

Email support@belly-md.com with your order number and a line about what is still going on. That second part is not a hurdle. It is how we work out whether a different formula is the better answer.
Swap or refund
We will offer the swap first, because most people who did not match one formula matched another. If you would rather have the refund, say so and it is processed. No retention call.
Done over email
Refunds take one to three business days on our side and five to ten on your bank’s. A swap ships at no charge. Nothing comes back to us either way.
Why twelve weeks
Four to twelve weeks is the window clinicians conventionally use before judging a new therapy for these symptoms. A guarantee shorter than that would ask you to decide before a fair judgement is possible. A great many people stop in the first week, which is before that window even opens.
So the guarantee runs the length of an honest trial. On the 12-week protocol, that means the entire course sits inside it, and nothing rides on how the first bottle goes.
What it does not cover
- Renewals
- The guarantee covers your first order. Subscription shipments after it are not refundable, which is why every plan can be skipped, swapped or cancelled at any time from your account, with no notice period.
- Resale
- MGB+ is sold for personal use. Orders placed for resale are outside the guarantee, under section 10.2 of the terms of service.
- Bottles four and up
- If your first order was larger than three bottles, the guarantee refunds three of them at the per-bottle price you paid. The rest are yours.
- A second claim
- One refund per customer or household. A swap does not count against it.

Questions
Do I have to send the bottles back?
No. Keep them, opened or unopened. There is no return shipping and nothing to print.
Is there a minimum time before I can claim?
No. The window is 84 days from delivery and it opens on delivery. We would ask you to give it the time it needs, because a fair judgement takes weeks, but the decision is yours.
I am on a subscription. What exactly is covered?
Your first order. On a monthly plan that is one bottle. On the 12-week protocol, a pair or the Trio, it is every bottle in the first box. Later shipments are not covered, and you can cancel before any of them ships.
What if a different formula would suit me better?
Say so in the email and we ship it at no charge. This is the outcome we suggest first, because the pattern that did not match one formula usually matches another. A swap does not use up your refund.
Where is the full policy?
The refund policy and section 10 of the terms of service carry the same terms as this page, in the longer form. If they ever disagree with this page, tell us and we will fix whichever one is wrong.
