• On a monthly subscription your first order is one bottle, so that first bottle is what the refund covers. On a 90-day plan it is all three bottles in your first box.
• No bottle return required. Keep them.
• One refund per customer.

The three-bottle cap only matters if you stocked up. Every standard way to buy is three bottles or fewer, so a single bottle, a Duo, a 90-day supply, and the Core Trio are all covered in full. If your first order was larger than three bottles, the guarantee refunds three of them at the per-bottle price you paid.

If you'd rather swap formulas than refund (most people who didn't match Clear matched Cool or Calm), we'll ship the alternate at no charge. The swap is usually the answer.

Why 12 weeks

Gut-brain shifts settle between weeks four and twelve. That's the biology, not a marketing window. We've watched people quit at day five and miss the part where the formula was starting to work. Twelve weeks is enough time to know, and short enough that you're not stuck with something that isn't moving.

How to claim it

Email support@belly-md.com with your order number and what's still going on. We'll process the refund for your first order, up to three bottles (one to three business days on our side, five to ten business days on your bank's side) or work out the swap. Both work over email. No return shipping, no retention call.
