How to claim it
Email support@belly-md.com with your order number and what's still going on. We'll process the refund (one to three business days on our side, five to ten business days on your bank's side) or work out the swap. Both work over email — no return shipping, no retention call.

What if I want to try a different formula instead of a refund?
That's usually the better answer. Email us, tell us what's still going on, and we'll ship the alternate formula at no charge. Most people who weren't a Clear match are a Cool or Calm match — the swap is the fix, not the refund.
Do I need to return the bottle?
No. Bottles cost more to ship across the country than they're worth. Keep them, throw them out, or hand them to a friend who's curious. We'd rather you spend that effort telling us what didn't work so we can build a better formula next time.
How does the guarantee work for subscriptions?
Your first shipment is covered by the 12-week guarantee like any other first order. After that, your subscription itself is the protection: skip a month, swap formulas, or cancel — all in one click from your account. No need to file a refund request on a subscription you can stop with a tap.
How long does the refund take?
One to three business days for us to process. Five to ten business days for the credit to land on your card, depending on your bank.
What if I'm past 12 weeks?
Email us anyway. The 12-week window is the formal guarantee, but if something's clearly off — defective bottle, billing error, side effect — we'll work it out regardless of timing.
