How do I take it, and is there anything I should not take?
Two capsules a day with food. Each bottle holds 60 capsules, a 30-day supply. Cool contains mastic gum, a tree resin: do not take Cool if you have a tree nut allergy, and note the allergy in your message so Dr. Rick chooses another formula. These are supplements, not a substitute for your doctor. If you take prescription medication, are pregnant or nursing, or manage a health condition, check with your physician before starting.
