What is MGB+?
Three daily formulas: Clear, Cool, and Calm. Each one is built for a different gut-brain pattern, not a single symptom. Every ingredient is on the label at its full dose. No proprietary blends. The research behind each formula is on the Science page.
Which formula fits me?
Clear is for bloating with brain fog and afternoon fatigue. Cool is for upper-gut burn and heavy meals. Calm is for queasy mornings and a nervous stomach. Not sure? The quiz takes about a minute and routes you to the closest match.
Can I take more than one formula?
Yes. The formulas are built to run alongside each other. If two patterns overlap for you, a Duo covers both, and the Core Trio covers all three.
How do I take it?
Two capsules a day with food. Each bottle holds 60 capsules, a 30-day supply.
When will I notice anything?
Most people notice small shifts between weeks 2 and 4, with a clearer signal by weeks 4 to 8. Give it a fair 12-week test. These are slow-build formulas by design.
What if it does not work for me?
Take it daily and give it up to 12 weeks from delivery. If you are not better off, email support@belly-md.com and we refund your first order, up to three bottles. That covers every standard option, including a 90-day supply and the Core Trio. Keep the bottles, nothing to ship back. One guarantee per customer. Full terms on the guarantee page.
Will I be charged again? Can I cancel?
Only subscription plans renew, and the page always tells you which one you picked. Skip, pause, or cancel anytime in your account, with no fees and no phone calls. One-time orders never renew.
How fast is shipping?
Free shipping on every order, US only. Most orders arrive in 3 to 7 business days.
Is it tested?
Batches are third-party verified for identity and purity, produced in a cGMP-registered facility.
Is it safe with my medications?
MGB+ is a gentle daily supplement, but it is not a substitute for your doctor. If you take prescription medication, are pregnant or nursing, or manage a health condition, check with your physician before starting. Every ingredient and dose is on each product page so you can share the full list.
