The Science
Your gut moves food in a wave called peristalsis. The active form of vitamin B1 helps power the nerves and muscle behind it.
In 268,606 people, more dietary vitamin B1 tracked with more frequent bowel movements.
Not all B1 is the same.
Fat-soluble B1 crosses into cells more easily than the standard water-soluble form. Illustrative.
Researchers used two tools. First, a genome-wide association study, which scans the whole genome across a very large group to find which genes line up with a trait, here how often the gut moves. Second, Mendelian randomization, which uses the genes a person is born with to test whether a factor like vitamin B1 is likely a cause rather than just a coincidence.
Because the gene differences are set at birth, this design is harder to fool than a simple survey. It still works with the genes and food people already had. It did not give anyone a supplement and watch what happened.

The Commitment
A gut rhythm shifts over weeks, not days. Ninety days is the honest window to give yours a fair shot.
Thirty days is a glimpse. Ninety days is long enough to judge your own gut, for yourself.
The Protocol
You start here, the moment your first dose arrives.
You build the daily habit and your body gets a steady supply. Some of the work is happening before you feel it.
Your pattern starts to feel more predictable, day to day.
A steadier, more comfortable rhythm, the kind you judge over a full stretch of weeks rather than a single day. This is the point of the whole protocol.
Some people feel a change sooner. Some need the full twelve weeks. Both are normal.

The Formulator
He formulates the way he reads a study: take the strongest signal, respect what is still unknown, and print every dose on the label.
If I would not give it to my own family, it does not go on the label.

Honest Answers
A gut rhythm is a pattern, and patterns take weeks to move. Twelve weeks is a fair test, which is why Clear is built as a 90-day protocol.
A fat-soluble form of vitamin B1, built to be easy for the body to absorb.
One missed day barely matters. Consistency over weeks is what counts.
Take the full protocol. If it is not for you, our satisfaction promise has you covered for a full year from purchase, four times longer than the protocol itself.
Clear uses well-understood ingredients at doses printed on the label, made in a cGMP facility and third-party tested. It is not a treatment for any disease and is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent one. Talk to your doctor if you are pregnant, nursing, or on medication.
It shows a link in a very large group of people. It did not test any supplement, so it does not prove that Clear changes your digestion. We are clear about that, and the science is one reason we back the protocol with a full year guarantee.
The science is early but the signal is strong, the ingredients are safe and printed on the label, and our satisfaction promise outlasts the protocol four times over. The sooner you start, the sooner the twelve weeks are behind you.
