- Acid reducers (omeprazole, pantoprazole, famotidine). Keep taking your prescription; this is not a replacement for it. Long-term acid reducers can lower magnesium, which is one reason magnesium is in the base.
- Statins. We found no documented interaction with these ingredients.
- Antidepressants. Sertraline and several other antidepressants block the transporter that carries vitamin B1 into cells, which raises the risk of thiamine deficiency. Calm also contains piperine (black pepper), which can slow how the body clears some medicines.

How to take it
Two capsules a day, total. Not two of each. Two full servings at once is twice the intended dose, and it is the mistake people make with a pair.
One of each, daily
One capsule of Cool and one of Calm, every day. Both patterns are covered, and you receive half of each formula's actives rather than a full serving of either.
Alternate days
Two capsules of one formula, then two of the other the next day. A full serving each time, on half the days. Better if one pattern is heavier than the other.
With food
